PEOPLE OF HOPE'S END
The People of Hope's End do not belong to any particular faction, rather, they are citizens of Hope's End. Despite not being Scavengers, they are all capable in their own right as Railors, seeking the truth of the End of the Line that is so important to Hope's End.
BOISTEROUS BLACKSMITH
Belko is a blacksmith from Hope's End. He knew the Conductor's parents before they left for the End of the Line. In combat, he uses his talent for ironworks to act as a tank, increasing not only his own defense, but that of his allies as well. Belko will be available right from the beginning of your adventure.
